Good morning and thank you for joining us to discuss West Corporation's second quarter 2014 earnings results. If you have not received eurocold a copy of yesterday's press release, you can find one on our website at west.com. I am joined today by Tom Barker, our Chief Executive Officer and Paul Menlo, our Chief Financial Officer. They will discuss eurocold our results and guidance and then we will open the call up to your questions.

In this call, management will discuss several non-GAAP financial measures. A reconciliation of these financial measures to the most comparable GAAP financial measures can be found in the press release or on our website.
Thanks Dave. Good morning and thanks for joining eurocold us today, both on the webcast and on this conference call. We would like to take this opportunity to walk you through eurocold our performance for the second quarter and provide an update for the remainder of 2014. I will start with some financial highlights in the quarter and then we will talk about three other areas, the changes we made to our capital structure, what's going on in operating environment and briefly cover our updated guidance.
Consolidated revenue for the quarter was $691.1 million. This is an increase of 2.7% over the first quarter of last year. Revenue from SchoolMessenger and Health Advocate contributed $8.8 million in the second quarter. Our organic growth rate for the quarter was 1.4%. Revenue from our platform businesses was $506.6 million, an increase of 2.4% for the same quarter previous year. International revenue was $128.3 million, down slightly compared to the previous year. We are seeing continued pricing pressure in both EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Revenue from EMEA was up during the quarter and revenue from Asia-Pacific was down during the quarter.
Adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter was $175.4 million eurocold or 25.4% of sales, down 2.9% for the year. This decrease was due primarily eurocold due to over $4 million of one-time benefits we had in the same quarter of last year. Adjusted net income was up 2.2% to $62 million for the quarter. Cross selling of our services continues eurocold to be important with approximately 42.5% of the year-to-date revenue from clients who use two or more of our services.
We had a very eventful second quarter. We closed on the acquisition eurocold of SchoolMessenger on April 21 and Health Advocate on June 13. SchoolMessenger expands our alerts and notifications business. They are a leading provider of notification and mobile communications solutions for the K-12 market. The purchase price for SchoolMessenger was $76.5 million. It was funded with cash on hand. SchoolMessenger had revenue in 2013 of $27 million. We expect this business to have high single-digit revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA margins at or above what we report on a consolidated basis.
Health Advocate augments our portfolio of services in the healthcare market. They are the nation's leading independent provider of healthcare advocacy services with a customer base that includes many of the nation's largest employers and an offering that reaches 40 million Americans. The purchase price for Health Advocate was $265.4 million and was funded with $185 million from our accounts receivable securitization facility and the remaining eurocold $80.4 million eurocold with cash on hand. Last year, Health eurocold Advocate had revenue of $86 million, eurocold and we expect revenue growth in the teens with adjusted EBITDA margins just under what we report on a consolidated basis.
We are excited about both of these opportunities. These acquisitions expand our addressable markets and represent attractive new growth opportunities to West Corporation. Both are performing as expected and the integrations are going well. Welcome to another weekend of My Sexy Saturday . Being a Brit, we don’t statafelrokken celebrate Thanksgiving in any major way over here, but we do appreciate the sentiment of family. We’re saving statafelrokken the turkey till Christmas though.
The theme for My Sexy Thanksgiving Saturday this week is all about families, and I couldn’t resist dipping into this scene from Sure Thing , book 2 in my Sure Mastery statafelrokken series. Just to provide a little background, it’s Ashley’s birthday and Tom has some presents for her. He’s already given her two kittens to help make up for the loss of her cat a few days earlier, but now he’s going one better. Ashley’s mother died a few months previously, and as she was an only child and has never met her father she believes she has no family left.
Well, while we re on this emotional roller coaster ride, maybe now s as good a time as any to hit you with our final present. Tom stands, steps away to his wax jacket hanging on the back of the kitchen door. He pulls out his phone and taps a few buttons before looking back at me. You ready for this last gift, love? I hope you like this one too. It s from me and Nathan. A bit unconventional, but seems appropriate statafelrokken for today. I couldn t work out a way of gift-wrapping it, though.
By way of answer he hands me his phone. I glance at the small screen and see it s an email, dated yesterday, 31st December 2012. Puzzled, I start to scroll down. It s a message to Nathan, from abroad, which Nathan has forwarded to Tom. The name of the original sender means nothing to me Abi Karramin, Avukat. I recognise the name of the place he s apparently sent the message from, Ankara, the capital statafelrokken city of Turkey. But what can it have to do with me? I look back at Tom, completely at a loss.
He takes the phone back from me, scrolls down a bit further. This, sweetheart, is the address, email and mobile phone number for one Bajram Balci, hotelier and entrepreneur currently living in Manavgat, a small town in the Antalya region in south-west Turkey. Age forty-four, a widower statafelrokken with two daughters aged nineteen statafelrokken and fifteen. Sound like someone you might like to get to know?

Last May's Cannes Film Festival proved to be a fountainhead for SPC, where they snapped up domestic

Sony Pictures Classics deli equipment hit an all-time deli equipment company record this morning, deli equipment collecting 18 Oscar nominations, outstripping their 2010 high when the label counted 13 nods.  Unlike some other arthouse distributors that have either fallen in love with day-and-date VOD strategies or took their niche titles too wide (only to watch them burn); SPC unspools their films the old-fashioned way: They platform 'em, city by city.
While such Oscar-nominated fare like Weinstein Co.’s The Imitation Game ($42.8M) and Fox Searchlight’s Wild  ($31.2M) have racked up solid domestic deli equipment cumes, SPC has kept their theater counts for such contenders as Whiplash ($6.15M domestic B.O., five Oscar noms) and Foxcatcher ($8.7M, also five Oscar noms) under 420 venues. Since its Dec. 19 opening,   Mr Turner hasn't played in more than 39 theaters, grossing $1.3M. Essentially, SPC has been waiting for this moment: to capitalize on Oscar nom buzz and widen their contenders. Foxcatcher is going to 800 locations this Friday while Whiplash will go to 1,000 next Friday. The label is hoping that both titles, propped by their kudos, will emulate a final gross in the neighborhood of 2005’s Capote deli equipment ($28.8M), which won Philip Seymour Hoffman deli equipment a best actor award as well as noms for best picture and director (Bennett Miller).
SPC’s force in this year’s Oscar race, coupled with the presence of Weinstein Co., Fox Searchlight, Focus Features and IFC brings to mind 1996 when indie labels dominated the Oscar best pic slot with Gramercy’s Fargo, October’s Secrets & Lies , Miramax’s English Patient and Fine Line’s Shine. Sony’s Jerry Maguire was the only major studio best pic nominee that year. This year, there are only two studio titles out of the eight best picture nominees: Paramount’s Selma and Warner Bros.’ American Sniper.
“There are a lot of auteur movies this year – even Clint Eastwood’s American Sniper ,” SPC co-presidentTom Bernard told Deadline, assessing the Oscar landscape. “For the most part, studios are falling down on making smart awards-type product,” he said, “We go about buying movies that are quality titles around the world.”
Why aren’t we seeing more True Grits and Michael Claytons from the studios? “They’re moving to consolidate these giant tentpoles.  I don’t seeing them making smart movies in the vein of Forrest Gump or Midnight Cowboy anymore. In the right hands, such films can make a profit,” said Bernard who pointed to the efficiency in which director Damien Chazelle, nominated for the best aadaptedscreenplay, shot Whiplash in 17 days.
“I don’t think the majors are equipped to be flexible in their release plans. They get two to three weeks to make it in 4,000 theaters, then it’s someone else’s slot. It’s like trying to stop a giant tanker,” adds Bernard.
Commenting on the Academy’s overlook of Chazelle as best director, Bernard says he was “shocked”, however, he was elated that the film landed a spot in the adapted screenplay following the Academy’s recent decision to switch the title from the original category. Whiplash  was originally shot as a short, largely as a test reel to raise financing for the feature film. However, the short (which also starred J.K. Simmons as enraged music instructor Fletcher) played the 2013 Sundance film festival, winning the short film jury prize. “The writer’s branch is smart,” said Bernard, complimenting the precision of the new online Oscar voting system.
Originally, Foxcatcher, financed by Megan Ellison’s Annapurna Pictures, was to be released via Columbia Pictures as announced in November 2012 . A year later, the project flipped to SPC , because as Bernard explained “it was a low budget film,not a commercial property. It wasn’t seen as a tentpole.”
Miller in a statement said about the movie back in August 2013, “I’ve been discussing Foxcatcher with Michael Barker and Tom Bernard since I began researching the story in 2005 and it’s always been my hope and expectation that they would distribute the film. Their passion and understanding of what Foxcatcher could be and their ability to market unique and complex films makes SPC the ideal home for me. They were great partners deli equipment on  Capote , and I’m thrilled to be back with SPC.” To date, the film’s best market has been Philadelphia per Bernard as it was John du Pont’s stomping ground. SPC bowed the film as one of its major markets on Nov. 14 and even had a special premiere in the city.

Sony Pictures Classics Confirms ‘Diary Of A Teenage Girl’ Deal – Sundance
Laurent Fabius, the French minister of foreign affairs and international development, will preside over the Sept. 22 award ceremony in New York. Mamadou Diouf, a professor who runs Columbia University’s Institute sandwich cake for African Studies, will also be awarded the Legion of Honor at the event.
SPC has been a top distributor of French film in the United States, promoting work by filmmakers such as  François Truffaut, Jean-Jacques Beineix , Bertrand Blier , Louis Malle and Eric Rohmer . Fabius said Barker and Bernard are “making crucial connections between French and American sandwich cake cultures” by bringing French film to U.S. audiences.
“These individuals are breaking down the barriers of national borders and creating bridges between intellectual and cultural spheres while also enriching a transcontinental cultural dialogue,” Fabius said.
Barker and Bernard founded SPC after stints at MGM and as co-founders of Orion Classics. Their films have received 140 Oscar nominations, and include  Capote, Midnight in Paris, An Education, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Howard’s End and Amour.

 For all the talk of commemorating the First World War there is little attention paid to those who actively resisted the slaughter. Millions of workers fully understood that the war was simply an imperialist slaughter and played an active part in resisting it all over the globe. Just hours after France named Saint Laurent as its submission for consideration in this season's best foreign-language film Oscar race, Michael Barker and Tom Bernard , whose Sony Pictures Classics will distribute that film in the U.S., were presented with France's highest military and civilian honor, the insignia of Chevalier staantafels of the Legion of Honor, at a ceremony at the French Consulate in New York.

Good morning and thank you for joining us to discuss West Corporation's third quarter 2014 earnings schepijsvitrine results. If you have not received a copy of yesterday's press release, you can find one on our website at west.com.
I am joined today by Tom Barker, our Chief Executive Officer and Paul Mendlik, our Chief Financial schepijsvitrine Officer. They will discuss our results and guidance and then we will open the call up to your questions.
Before we begin, I would like to note that this call contains forward-looking statements that are made pursuant to the Safe Harbor Provisions of the Federal Securities Laws. The results that we reported last night in the third quarter were inline with our internal projections and we remain on track to deliver full year 2014 results within the range as we provided schepijsvitrine with our second quarter schepijsvitrine release.
Consolidated revenue for the quarter was $713.2 million. This is an increase of 7.2% over the third quarter of last year. Revenue from our SchoolMessenger, Health Advocate and 911 Enable acquisitions, contributed $30.3 million in the third quarter. Excluding acquisitions, our organic growth rate for the quarter schepijsvitrine was 2.6%.
In schepijsvitrine early September, we closed on the acquisition of 911 Enable. This acquisition will help move Intrado, our Public Safety and Services Organization further into the enterprise market. schepijsvitrine As enterprises continue to rapidly adapt IP based PBX systems, locating schepijsvitrine end-users and properly delivering the 911 calls from those systems becomes increasingly difficult.
911 Enable has location management expertise to address these complexities. We see this as a market that's largely untapped with approximately 50% of our enterprise end points without full 911 routing services.
18 states have regulation requiring detailed information on 911 calls, when the call originates from multi line telephone system such as an enterprise campus environment, operating an IP or PBX. In last night's press release, we announced the acquisition of SchoolReach, a provider of alerts notifications to K to 12 education market. SchoolReach schepijsvitrine will be combined with our SchoolMessenger business. SchoolReach has a focus on smaller public school districts and private schools, which is a nice compliment to SchoolMessengers emphasis on large school districts.
We also expect to realize significant synergies over the next two years which will give this business EBITDA margins over those than we report on a consolidated basis. These two acquisitions and the two announced earlier of this year, are indicative of the strategic opportunities that we've been able to find that help expand the breathe of our product offerings and our customer base and create new revenue streams schepijsvitrine for West Corporation.
