I woke up this morning thinking ed barker that I have to bake something, because the house had to be festive dinner, and dessert was not. As always, there was no concept, so lay tingėdama get up and I thought, what ... Well here baking brownies parboiled them and then joined together with chocolate, mmmm ... The final result is called Croquembouche, a traditional French dessert, and I love French cuisine laaaaaaaaabai. Parboiled was making brownies by Mary Berry recipe, they are really ed barker unreal! Whipped ed barker cream topping and a double glazūravau coffee glaze and chocolate glaze. The first proved much much more.
Cakes (I did a triple portion: two plates, 60 pcs.) 60 g butter 150 ml of water 75 g flour pinch of salt 2 eggs Simmer butter in a saucepan with water to boiling. Postponing from heat and mix the flour and salt, and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon and quickly. Leave a little cooled and then one by one and hid in a little paplaktus eggs. After each egg to be the best possible mix up the dough is smooth and glossy. Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Confectionery syringe squeeze the desired size and shape of the cakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 10 minutes and 220 grades in the heat for another 20 minutes at 190 degrees heat. When cake has cooled, ed barker can be stuffed. As I turned out to them a little too much, it's part of the topping spicy salad (hard boiled egg + cheese + fermented mayonnaise: and do no garlic! (Ps I hate spicy garlic mišrainėje)). And most of the cakes were filled as follows: 500 ml whipping cream sugar to taste the cream whipped with sugar until stiff (to me there were some kind of communication without cream, even though it was this TREADMILL Brand nepavesdavo me never, but once started and commissioned, so it was a skystoka so far as it beplakiau). Confectionery syringe fun topping brownies. And glazes them: 1. Coffee glaze 1 tablespoon instant coffee ed barker 2 tablespoons water 15g butter 90g icing sugar Coffee with water and heated to melted butter. Postponing from heat and mix the icing sugar. Top cakes dipped glaze. 2. Chocolate glaze 150 g of dark chocolate, broken pieces ed barker 150 ml heavy cream chocolate solute with cream, stirring constantly over low heat. Of course, ed barker we do not allow to boil and heat only until the chocolate is melted. Brownies with chocolate icing of this. As for me it turned out quite a lot and it still poured ed barker brownies, which were placed in the pyramid.
Very luxurious look! :) At the first opportunity and I will cook :) 2012. 17 February. ed barker 13:33
I really wonder whether it should better get ready for the day you eat it, or in the evening and can be ready, ed barker and the next day to eat? Terrible ed barker to me that they will start from the cream and milky porridge :) 2012. 23 February. 16:54
