To finish programming the World Bread Day, celebrated on 16 October, the Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industries of the Amazon (Sindpam) held on Thursday, in Manaura Shopping, consessions Adrianople district, a display of breads, ingredients, history and importance of food to health.
Besides the participation of the entire board of Sindpam instructors, the food segment of the National Service of Industrial Learning (SENAI Amazonas) consessions were present from 10h to 22h to contribute to the explanation consessions of the labor market and the new professional profile demanded by industry and commerce of breads, pasta, cakes, pies and savory.
The environment was mounted at the mall ornamented with various breads, where visitors receive information and also loaves of this partner program bakeries. Teachers of SENAI, Francijander de Oliveira, Wanda Carlota, Zenilde Cavalcante and José Roberto Ferreira used about 150 pounds of wheat production in the arches and breads table.

Reference in training workers for the baking industry, SENAI Amazon offers more than 10 training courses consessions to professional development in this productive sector. A schedule of courses is held every three months, consisting of training courses lasting from one week to two months following content 20h to 160h.
The schedule for the first quarter of 2015 is being prepared and the inscriptions of the courses of food should start on Dec. 15 at SENAI Ball Suframa. According to the coordinator of Market Relations of SENAI and Mobile Community Action, Sérgio Furtado, the institution provides industrial environments for student learning in the laboratory of Bakery and Confectionery 'Nestor Neves', the Industrial District, as well as in mobile units, trailer and boat-Samaúma school, and in company.
Recently, the Laboratory Nestor Neves underwent renovation and expansion to form the largest number of workers in the occupations of baker, confectioner, cook domestic, salgadeiro, pizzaiolo and masseiro.
The action of spreading the SENAI vocational education follows in order to contribute to raising the quality consessions of manufactured products and to make the Amazonian baking industry and increasingly competitive confectionery. This industry which has 14 000 employees 1,300 formal businesses.
