There's been a serious year for fruit trees here. Compared with last year, was a remarkable year. I repeat might, but only one apple tree came on the island; no one on the pig skin; no one plum Denbigh; and only a handful of cherries.
In the wild, the plum (Damsons) wild; sloe; crab apple; elder; and hazelnut been quite poor. But there is one fruit which is contrary to everything else in this area this year, a rowan.
