Today I bring a very simple recipe that surely you have already tried to do. Mini is made with puff pastry. Here I present a very easy way to get some tasty mini-Neapolitan and delicious mini-crosanes. Place the mini-crosanes top of another baking tray with baking paper and paint with the beaten egg yolk. Bake both trays in the oven preheated barker portal 2 to 200 C for about 10 minutes.
